The Crowded Table Pt 2 - Solidarity Economy Workshop Series ✊💸🔥🌱

Come and join us for this Part 2 of 3 talks/workshops as we work to build a Solidarity Economy around The RYSE 🙌💚 Don't know what a 'Solidarity Economy' is? Don't worry! Neither did we until recently, but thanks to our friends at The Highlander Folk School and others, we now know they're super powerful and this is our invite to all our friends and family out there to come and help us weave one around The RYSE - what we're calling The Crowded Table!

This is Part 2: Let's talk about Wealth - where it’s time to get necessarily uncomfortable and ground ourselves in the truth of a world of huge wealth inequality + feel into why so many of us are scared to talk about it openly. We'll be asking you all to show up with your full selves and be ready to be curious about each other’s lived experience and ideas - that means we'll do some culture holding before breaking into different exercises and lots of time for dialogue and sharing.

We know wealth is a hard topic, but we also know it’s crucial that we skill up in these discussions if we're ever going to get real about reparations and power redistribution- so buckle up and jump in! 🙌💚🔥And again, you don't need any previous experience and expertise to get involved, if you're interested in our work then that's more than enough😁

Each session flows into the next and so we're super keen for people to come to all three but know that isn't always possible, so we're planning for the sessions to be recorded so people can catch up between each one - but please do try to make them all if you can!
