About the Event
These dinners are our offer to the community of Stroud to come together in these times of crisis and start talking across the generations and yummy vegan dinner. This month we'll be linking our monthly Dinner and our Stroud Film Festival screening of Schooling the World: the White Man's Last Burden - into a full afternoon of exciting community dialogue and sharing!
Running Order (you can join for any part):
- 3 - 4:30 - Film Screening - get your tickets here from our Stroud Film Festival Family
- 4:30 - 6 - Discussion on the film and Mis-Schooling in general
- 6 - 7:00 - Dinner and community chill :)
It'll be very much a space for sharing from our own expereinces and about the video/picture prompts we bring - so no need to be an expert, as we always quote from The Zapatistas - 'Between all of us we know everything' - and this is very much our attempt to bring together people from across the community to start having the big essential conversations.
