We are all Crew: the Culture of Mutiny - RYSE Workshop for Mutiny

As part of our support for Mutiny, the RYSE is running a co-designed series of workshops to upskill folks as Mutiny Organisers + spread the ideas behind Mutiny to loads more local young people - and this session is all about the Crew Culture of Mutiny:

• How we work on principles of consent and decentralisation to ensure everyone is empowered to make decisions.
• The ways we're looking to challenge the toxic parts of our mainstream culture and defend from them taking over our organising.
• The importance of cultural work to hold a movement together and underpin successful strategy.

And please don't think you have to be an expert to come along, these aren't things any of us are taught about and we're all learning together - so bring you curiosity and that's all you'll need. There will be snacks but not dinner so do eat beforehand and bring some paper and a pen - and make sure you see the location info: 

• Wednesday 21st - 6:30-8:30pm - in the Trinity Rooms - https://maps.app.goo.gl/KL4oxdAdFLoU62hp9
• Thursday 5th - 6:30-8:30pm - will be online on Zoom, we'll email you the link when you sign up!
• Friday 27th - 6:30-8:30pm - is 'To Be Decided' but will be in Stroud centre/no less that 10 mins walk

And finally these sessions are specifically for 13-25 year olds only as they're youth-for-youth educational spaces designed to help people get involved in Mutiny - but don't worry Olders (over 25s) there will be lots coming your way soon and if you're keen to stay in the loop then sign the Declaration of Support and you'll get all the info!
